What do vegetarians and vegans eat?
I always laugh at this question, because vegetarians and vegans can eat so much than just lettuce and tofu. This article lists the many foods we can eat.
Of course, this is not a complete list!

These foods may be more expensive than plain rice and beans, but if you can afford them, they’re great. Each brand tastes different, so if you don’t like one brand, then try another.
There are also many vegetarian and vegan food combinations that are just really unique.
Obviously, this list shows that vegetarians and vegans can eat a lot of different foods. So, next time you are asked “what do vegetarians eat?” say “literally almost everything, except for meat!” Or, next time you hear “what do vegans eat?” say “everything, except for meat, milk, and eggs.”
